My Story

Hi, I’m Kristina, founder of True Blue Data Services. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Policy Studies. For over a decade, I’ve helped organizations harness the power of data and technology to drive smarter decisions and greater efficiency.

My expertise includes data management, automation, and visualization, with skills in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Python. I specialize in creating tools and insights that empower decision-makers to act with clarity and precision, with experience supporting some of the largest companies in the world.

At True Blue Data Services, I’m dedicated to ensuring innovation serves the greater good. I am in Winona, MN, because of Fastenal's commitment to people and innovation, coming here in 2022 to support Fastenal's data journey. I humbly carry on Bob Kierlin's rules for leadership.
